Privacy — Dragon's Gems Swipe

Only your name and your score are public. No ads, no tracking.

This policy covers the Dragon's Gems Swipe mobile app (com.ludivenstudio.dragonsgems) and its leaderboards, shared with the game on the website (ludiven-studio.fr/jeux/eclats). The rest of the website has its own policy (in French). Last updated: October 26, 2026.

This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the original French version prevails.

In short:

  • The game is played without an account. Your progress is kept on your phone.
  • An optional Google or Apple account saves your progress online, to find it on all your devices.
  • The daily challenge and endless mode leaderboards show your name and your score to everyone. Nothing else.
  • No ads, no usage analytics, no tracking. The app asks for neither your location, nor your contacts, nor your photos.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings.

1. Who is responsible

2. Without an account

Your levels, your stars, Bijou's treasure, your hearts, your daily gift and your settings are stored on your phone. Levels play without a connection.

When you finish a daily challenge or an endless game, the app sends your result to the world leaderboard:

  • your name: "Dragon" followed by four digits until you pick one in Settings ("Your name on the rankings"), 20 characters at most;
  • your score (for the daily challenge, your moves then your time; for endless mode, your points) and how long the game lasted;
  • a technical id, drawn at random when the app is installed. It counts your daily try and ties your scores together. It is never shown, never linked to your account, and it changes if you reinstall the app.

3. Your account (optional)

To save your progress online, you sign in with Google or Apple, from Settings or when the game offers it after level 10. We then receive an account id and your email address; with Apple, it may be the relay address that hides yours, or none. We never receive your password. With Google, the sign-in service also keeps the name and picture of your Google profile: we neither show nor use them.

This account is the Ludiven Studio account: the same one is used by the Pétanque Meet app and the website.

Once you are signed in, your progress is copied online: your stars on each level, Bijou's treasure, the number of games played and your best endless score. Your hearts and your settings stay on the phone. Your email address is shown only to you, in Settings.

4. What is public

Anyone can see the leaderboards, in the app and on the website. They show your name, your score and its date. Never your technical id, your account or your email address.

Your name doesn't have to be your real name: don't put a surname, a number or an address in it.

6. What the app does not do

  • No ads, and no advertising id read.
  • No usage analytics, no crash reports sent.
  • No tracking across apps or websites.
  • No location, contacts, photos or files: the app asks for none of these permissions.
  • No in-app purchases.

If any of these answers changes (ads or purchases in the future), this page will be updated before the version that brings it.

7. What is stored on your phone

  • your progress: levels, stars, treasure, hearts, daily challenge played, daily gift;
  • your sign-in session and your email address, if you are signed in;
  • your name and the leaderboards' technical id;
  • your settings: language, theme and reminders.

All of this stays on the device and is erased when you uninstall the app.

If you accept them, the reminders (the gift of the day, Bijou's full hearts) are notifications scheduled by the phone itself: nothing is sent to us for them. You can turn them off in the app's Settings or in the phone's.

8. Recipients, transfers and retention

Your data is neither sold nor handed over. It is processed only by:

  • Supabase — database, accounts and saves. Data hosted in the European Union (Ireland).
  • Google and Apple — signing in to your account and distributing the app.

Supabase is an American company. This transfer is covered by the mechanisms of chapter V of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

Retention:

  • Account and save: until you delete your account.
  • Leaderboard scores: as long as the leaderboard is online. On request, we remove your name and your scores (see §10).
  • IP address: only in Supabase's technical logs, which it erases within a few days.

9. Delete your account

In the app: Settings → "Delete my account" (the button shows once you are signed in). It is immediate and final:

  • your Ludiven Studio account and your email address are erased;
  • your online save is erased;
  • since this account is also used by Pétanque Meet, what it holds there is erased or anonymized the same way (see the Pétanque Meet policy, in French).

The progress stored on your phone stays; uninstalling the app erases it.

Your leaderboard scores are not tied to your account: they stay under your name. To have them removed, write to us with your name.

You can also ask for your account to be deleted by email at contact@ludiven-studio.fr, from your account's address.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To use them, or to have a name removed from a leaderboard, write to contact@ludiven-studio.fr. We answer within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or with your own country's authority.

11. Children

The game suits all ages and is played without an account. If you are under 15, ask your parents before signing in with an account. Pick a name that is not your real name. If you are a parent and want an account or a name removed, write to us: we will delete it.

12. Security

All exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). Saves can only be reached through our server: no direct access to the database is open. The leaderboards' technical id is never published. Your session is kept in the app's storage on your phone.

13. Changes

We will update this page with every change of the app that touches your data, with its date at the top.
