Key points before you play:
These terms govern the use of the Pétanque Game mobile game (hereinafter "the Game") and the sale of its paid content. By installing or using the Game, you accept them. If you refuse them, do not use the Game and uninstall it.

Pétanque Game is a 3D pétanque game, in games to 13 points: against the computer, with two players on one phone, or online against another player (with a friend through a code, or in a quick match), in singles, doubles or triples. It also offers leagues, an online ranking, daily challenges and a shop of boules, jacks, throwing circles, scenery and outfits.
Playing against the computer and with two players on one phone works without an account and offline. Coins, the shop, leagues, online play and purchases need the internet and an account. Connection and equipment costs are borne by you.
You sign in with your Google (Android) or Apple (iPhone) account. The Game is meant for adults: it is not intended for under-18s.
You are responsible for what is done from your account. Keep access to your Google or Apple account: it is what lets you get your progress back. A game account cannot be transferred or sold.
You can delete your account at any time: Options › "Delete my account". Deletion is final: a deleted account, its coins and its items cannot be given back. What is erased is described in the privacy policy.
Coins are earned by playing (games against the computer, daily bonus, challenges, leagues, optional videos) or bought in packs (see §6). They are used to buy items in the Game (boules, jacks, throwing circles, scenery, outfits) and to enter league cups.
The Game sells, for real money:
The price is the one shown in the Game at the time of purchase, in your currency, including taxes. A price change has no effect on purchases already made.
Payment goes exclusively through Google Play or the App Store, depending on your phone, and follows their terms. The publisher has no access to any banking data. The proof of purchase is issued by the store. Parental controls on purchases are those of the store.
"No ads" is tied to your Google Play or App Store account: after a reinstall, Options › "Restore purchases" gives it back. If a purchase is not credited, write to us with the store's proof of purchase.
Coins and the "No ads" option are digital content supplied immediately after purchase. In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, by requesting their immediate supply, you waive your right of withdrawal of fourteen days, which you acknowledge at the time of purchase.
Refunds are handled by the store where the purchase was made: Apple or Google Play. We cannot refund in their place, but we can help you with the process: write to us. Your statutory guarantees of conformity remain in force.
The Game shows ads provided by the ad networks ironSource Ads and Unity Ads (Unity Technologies), through Unity LevelPlay, only if you accepted them in the "Ads and privacy" window or in Options › "Ad choices". If you decline them, you play as usual, with no ads and without the videos that earn coins. These networks choose the ads: the publisher does not control their content and is not liable for the products or services they present. Your consent and the data used are described in the privacy policy (§6).
Online, you agree to play fair:
A ranked game left before the end counts as lost, even if the Game was closed. To report a name or a player, write to contact@ludiven-studio.fr and give the name.
The publisher may, without notice, remove or replace a name that breaks these rules, erase or correct a rating in the ranking, take away coins and items obtained by cheating, and suspend or delete an account for a serious or repeated breach. To challenge a decision, write to contact@ludiven-studio.fr.
The Game, its code, its 3D models, its images, its sounds and its texts belong to Ludiven Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right of use. Components by other authors and their licences are listed in the Game (Options › "Credits and licenses") and in the legal notice. "Pétanque" is a generic term: the Game is not affiliated with any federation.
The publisher may change the Game, add or remove features, and adjust the coin prices, the winnings and how often ads are shown. The online features rely on Unity's services: they may be interrupted for maintenance or by an outage.
The publisher may stop all or part of the service, in particular if running it is no longer viable or if a store requires its removal. It will then tell players in the Game, with reasonable notice. Playing against the computer will remain possible as long as the installed version works on your phone. Discontinuation does not give rise to a refund of coins or items, except where the law requires it.
These terms may change. The date of the update appears at the top of the page. In the event of a significant change, the Game will let you know; continuing to play means you accept them.
The Game is provided as is. The publisher does not guarantee that it works without interruption or error on all phones, nor that the online services are always available.
The publisher can only be held liable in the event of proven fault, and its liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage. It does not cover a dispute between players, nor progress lost through the deletion of the account or the loss of access to the Google or Apple account. Nothing here excludes its liability in the event of gross negligence or physical injury, nor limits your mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another member state of the European Union, you keep the mandatory protections of your country.
If there is a problem, write to us first: we will look for an amicable solution. If there is no solution within one month, you can turn to a consumer mediator free of charge (Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code). The mediator's contact details are given on request at contact@ludiven-studio.fr. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
